Brentwood Family is seeking two ROTA nannies to care for their two year old child. They also have a newborn baby who is currently with a newborn care specialist, but if the NCS needs a day off you will have to be okay with taking care of both children. The schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off and a live in position during shifts. This job will need a 24/7 mentality. The work day usually starts around 6:30am and ends about 7pm. The family is looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role- someone who truly understands the dynamics of a 24/7 position. The family’s household is busy with many moving parts and they expect the highest quality of work from their staff. The ideal person is hardworking, has a strong sense of discretion, and strikes a balance in being both self-sufficient and a team-player. The nanny should be comfortable with sleeping with the monitor at nights.
