We are seeking a full-time nanny in Brentwood, CA to provide attentive, developmentally focused care for a 3-month-old baby. This role is ideal for an experienced infant caregiver who is knowledgeable about early childhood development and passionate about supporting key milestones during the first year. The ideal candidate will create a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment, incorporating age-appropriate activities and outdoor time into the baby’s daily routine.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing full-time care for a 3-month-old
- Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Incorporating outdoor time and fresh air into the baby’s daily routine
- Establishing and maintaining consistent sleep and feeding schedules
- Handling all baby-related duties, including organizing and maintaining baby items
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment at all times
- Traveling with the family occasionally as needed
The nanny will work 40–45 hours per week with weekends off.
Compensation is $30–$35 per hour DOE
