A family in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a highly experienced 24/7 Newborn Care Specialist to provide attentive, loving, and developmentally focused care for their newborn. This role is ideal for a dedicated, knowledgeable professional who can support parents through nighttime and daytime care, establish healthy sleep routines, assist with feeding (breastfeeding and/or bottle), and monitor the baby’s growth and development.
Responsibilities include infant care, diapering, soothing, sleep support, developmental play, and light baby-related household tasks, ensuring the newborn’s safety and well-being at all times.
The position is a 12-week contract starting at the end of April, with a 24/7 schedule including a daily break, and live-in accommodation provided.
Compensation ranges from $40–$65 per hour, depending on experience and education.
