A busy, fully staffed household in MetroWest, Boston is seeking an experienced ROTA nanny to help care for five children aged 2, 5, 7, 10, and 12. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and confident managing multiple children across a range of ages, while working collaboratively with other staff members.
Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare, such as planning fun, engaging, and educational activities, encouraging outdoor play, and supporting the children’s daily routines. The nanny will assist with school runs and transporting the children to activities (a nanny car is provided while on duty), help with bathing routines, and provide homework support for the older children. Light meal preparation for the children, tidying up after them, and keeping their wardrobes, gear, and toys well-organized are also key aspects of the role.
The family values a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented nanny who can seamlessly integrate into a fully staffed environment. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a willingness to travel with the family, including spending time in Martha’s Vineyard during the summer months.
This is a dynamic, team-oriented role working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, with live-in accommodation provided while on duty. The position offers a highly competitive salary of $140,000–$180,000 per year depending on experience
