The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, travel-ready, and comfortable providing sole-charge care while working closely with parents and household staff to maintain a calm, child-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for two toddlers, including sole-charge care as required
Actively engage the children through developmentally appropriate play, learning, and creative activities
Research, schedule, and coordinate classes, playgroups, and enrichment activities
Collaborate with parents and household staff to ensure consistency in routines and care
Maintain organization of children’s areas and manage all child-related tidying
Prepare for travel, including packing, planning activities, and coordinating with hotels
Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, for extended periods
Schedule:
Rotational schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
Flexibility to work 24/7 while on rotation, including overnights as needed
Accommodation:
Live-out role preferred (local Boston candidates ideal)
Private bedroom and bathroom provided during on-duty weeks if overnights are required
