A family in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Montessori nanny to care for their two young children, both under the age of 2. Both parents work from home and are looking for a calm, confident caregiver who can take the lead in creating a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused environment for their children. Previous infant and toddler experience is essential, along with a genuine understanding of Montessori-inspired childcare.
The role includes planning age-appropriate activities, incorporating simple learning opportunities into daily routines, and supporting each child’s developmental milestones through play and exploration. Responsibilities also include preparing healthy meals and snacks, maintaining consistent routines, and keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings organised. Light child-related household support such as laundry and tidying is also part of the position. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and naturally patient, with the ability to work comfortably in a home where parents are present.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, averaging 35 hours per week.
$35–$40 per hour is offered, depending on experience.
