Newborn Care Specialist – Beverly Hills, CA (Immediate Start | Up to $50/hour)
A family in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) for their 5-week-old baby. This is a short-term contract position for 6–8 weeks, ideal for a knowledgeable, calm, and highly professional newborn expert who can provide overnight support and guidance during the early weeks. Local candidates only.
The role includes all standard NCS duties: providing attentive overnight care, supporting feeding routines (breastmilk and/or bottle), soothing and settling, diapering, monitoring sleep patterns, maintaining detailed logs, and ensuring bottles and feeding equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. The NCS will help establish healthy sleep foundations and offer reassurance and practical guidance to the parents. The schedule is 3–4 nights per week, 12-hour overnight shifts. Compensation is up to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
