We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Nanny to provide high-quality childcare for a multi-destination family splitting time between Los Angeles and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in childcare, flexibility in travel, and a commitment to nurturing children from newborn through school-aged.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a nanny, preferably with experience caring for infants and school-aged children
Candidates with experience working with multi-destination families or in travel-related roles are highly desirable
Ability to adapt to changing schedules, travel itineraries, and childcare needs. Must be willing to work occasional weekends and be open to international travel
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all aspects of the role. The candidate must be committed to maintaining high standards of childcare
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Comfortable driving for errands, pickups, and drop-offs
A healthcare stipend can be provided for the right candidate*
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care for an infant and a school-aged child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Accompany the family on travel excursions to Los Angeles (approximately 8 months out of the year) and the United Kingdom (summers). During stays in the UK, the nanny will live in with the family
Work Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend assistance (Flexibility is key, and the family is committed to ensuring fairness in scheduling and providing adequate time off)
Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive for pickups, drop-offs, and errands as needed. The candidate must be comfortable with transportation duties (nanny car will be provided)
Schedule: This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday from approximately 8am – 6pm with the flexibility to work overtime as required
Compensation: Up to $45/hour, PTO, healthcare stipend*
