Family based in Bermuda are looking for an experienced nanny to come and work for them full-time, supporting with their two children. The family are looking for an energetic, loving and empathetic nanny who is interested in the children’s’ education and development.
Accommodation: separate self contained studio on the property
General duties:
All childcare for 2 children (a 3-year-old and a newborn)
Some travel with the family on holidays may be required and some overnight proxy-parent care in Bermuda
May require some PA duties
Creative activities, crafts and playdates for the children
Feeding, bathing, potty training etc…
Buy family groceries, share simple family meal-prep and children’s meals, including batch cooking, with housekeeper (in an organised arrangement).
Salary: $25 USD net per hour, approx. $1,375 net per week/$71,500 net per annum.
Candidate requirements:
Experienced nanny with the children’s age groups
Committed to working for a family long-term, visa will be for a minimum of 1 year
Driver – car will be provided and for use outside of work as well
Happy to travel for work with the family
English as a first language
Must be a confident swimmer
Ideally nanny or childcare related qualifications
Happy to work alongside a housekeeper – sometimes assists with a couple of hours childcare in the busy afternoons.
