Homeschool Teacher – Berlin, Germany
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Homeschool Teacher to provide full-time, structured education for a 9-year-old child in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a child’s full curriculum, delivering a high standard of home education, and creating a motivating and engaging learning environment.
This role involves planning, delivering, and overseeing a well-rounded academic programme aligned with the British curriculum, including core subjects, tracking progress, and tailoring lessons to meet the child’s learning needs.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and manage the child’s full-time academic programme
Teach core subjects (English, Maths, Science, Humanities) and oversee a broad curriculum
Track academic progress and provide regular updates to the family
Create a structured, stimulating, and supportive learning environment
Adapt lessons and approaches to meet the child’s individual needs
Travel with the family when required, ensuring continuity of education
Requirements:
Native-level English proficiency
EU passport holder
Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge and experience with the British curriculum
Previous experience in homeschooling or one-to-one teaching preferred
Flexibility and willingness to travel with the family
