A prestigious family in Belgravia, London is seeking an experienced Norland-qualified nanny to join their household team. The role involves shared care of four children aged 1–6, working collaboratively with another Norland nanny already employed by the family.

Key Responsibilities
Provide loving, developmentally appropriate care for children aged 1–6
Work collaboratively with the existing Norland nanny to maintain routines and ensure continuity of care
Support educational, creative, and play-based activities for all children
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and age-appropriate hygiene routines
Maintain children’s areas tidy and organised, including playrooms and bedrooms
Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines, milestones, and progress
Ensure a calm, structured, and positive environment for all children
Ideal Candidate Profile
Norland qualified nanny (essential)
Proven experience caring for multiple children simultaneously
Professional, reliable, and highly organised
Strong team player, comfortable in a shared-care environment
Passionate about child development and early education
Excellent communication skills with children and parents
Schedule: 5 days per week, 45 hours per week
Salary: £75,000 per year
