Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care for a toddler and eventually a newborn
Plan and lead age-appropriate educational activities (language development, motor skills, sensory play, early literacy, etc.)
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning
Maintain consistent routines for naps, meals, and activities
Support social-emotional development using positive guidance strategies
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child(ren)
Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating environment
Collaborate with parents on developmental milestones and goals
Travel with the family as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Background in Early Childhood Education (degree, coursework, or significant professional experience preferred)
Proven experience as a full-time nanny, preschool teacher, or early childhood educator
Deep understanding of toddler development and infant care
Passion for learning-based childcare rather than passive supervision
Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent caregiving style
Must be based in the Los Angeles area
Open and flexible to domestic and/or international travel
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Strong references from previous families or schools
