A family in Basking Ridge, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated full-time nanny to primarily care for their 5-month-old son, while also supporting their 2.5-year-old son in the afternoons following daycare. The ideal candidate is an experienced infant nanny who is confident managing routines, supporting early developmental milestones, and balancing the needs of both a baby and a toddler in a warm, organised household.
Primary responsibilities include providing attentive infant care such as feeding, naps, hygiene, and developmental play, while maintaining consistent routines and encouraging milestones including tummy time and age-appropriate sensory activities. The nanny will prepare and clean bottles, assist with the introduction of solids when appropriate, and manage infant laundry and light child-related tidying, including maintaining the nursery and play areas. In the afternoons, duties include daycare pickup (family car provided), engaging playtime, snack preparation, routine support, outdoor activities, and assisting with potty training as needed.
Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and the family is offering approximately $30+ per hour, depending on experience.
