A family based in Barnes, London is seeking a highly proactive and nurturing nanny to provide sole-charge care for their two young children, aged 4 months and 18 months. The family is looking for someone who can create a warm, stimulating, and engaging environment while helping the children build confidence, communication skills, and independence.
The role will involve full responsibility for the children’s daily care, including planning age-appropriate activities, supporting language development, encouraging developmental milestones, preparing healthy meals, and creating fun learning opportunities through play. The eldest child attends nursery each morning, allowing dedicated one-on-one time with the baby. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as tidying play areas, organising children’s belongings, and maintaining a child-friendly environment.
The position is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, and salary is £21 gross per hour.
