A welcoming family based in Barnes, London is seeking a Norland-trained nanny to provide exceptional care for their two children, aged 4 months and 2 years. The ideal candidate will be confident managing the daily routines of both children while fostering a warm atmosphere that encourages learning, independence, and positive sibling relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage daily routines for both children, including feeding, naps, and transitions throughout the day
Support developmental milestones for the infant and toddler through engaging, age-appropriate activities
Plan creative play, learning activities, and outdoor time to encourage curiosity and development
Foster positive sibling bonding and support emotional regulation
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Maintain the children’s environment, including organising play areas and children’s laundry
Handle nursery drop-offs and pick-ups for the older child
Provide a calm, structured, and nurturing atmosphere that supports the children’s wellbeing and growth
Requirements
Norland-trained nanny (essential)
Proven experience caring for both infants and toddlers
Warm, organised, and proactive approach to childcare
Confident managing routines for two young children
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Position Details
Location: Barnes, London
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (50 hours per week)
Salary: £65,000 – £72,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
