The role includes all nursery duties, supporting feeding and weaning routines, encouraging developmental milestones, and planning engaging age-appropriate activities and outings. The nanny will create a stimulating environment focused on learning through play, reading, and social interaction, while helping guide the child through key developmental stages with patience and consistency.
Additional responsibilities include preparing larger batches of nutritious baby food, assisting with simple family cooking when needed, and keeping nursery areas clean, organised, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting first-time parents, offering practical guidance and reassurance while becoming a trusted and valued part of the household.
This is a Monday to Friday position, working from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a salary starting at £60,000+ gross per annum.
