Live-In Nanny – The Bahamas
A fully staffed, high-profile household in the Bahamas is seeking an experienced Live-In Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for two school-age children, ages 5 and 8. This role is ideal for a professional nanny who thrives in a collaborative, structured environment and is comfortable traveling internationally and domestically with the family.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Daily Routines
- Manage morning routines, including school preparation, breakfast, and school drop-off/pick-up (vehicle provided)
- Oversee daily schedules, extracurricular activities, and playdates
- Provide homework support and organize age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Offer patient, supportive care for a child with mild anxiety
- Maintain organization of children’s belongings, uniforms, and daily essentials
Travel & Flexibility
- Accompany the family on international and domestic trips, including Spain, Toronto, and the Hamptons, as well as school breaks
- Adapt to varying schedules and provide occasional extended hours as needed
Requirements
- Previous live-in nanny experience preferred, particularly with school-age children
- Strong swimming ability required
- Valid passport and driver’s license
- Comfortable traveling internationally
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working within a fully staffed household

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | One weekend day: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $30–$38/hour DOE + Benefits
Live-In Accommodations: Private apartment provided
