A private family is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby girl. This high-level role offers 24-hour coverage on a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule, providing full charge during on-duty weeks. The ideal candidate is experienced in infant care, knowledgeable in early development, and comfortable providing consistent, nurturing care in a dynamic, travel-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-time care for a 3-month-old infant, including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental support

Maintain consistent schedules and routines during both home and travel periods

Travel with the family domestically and internationally as needed

Monitor and support the infant’s growth and milestones

Communicate proactively with parents regarding daily updates, needs, and observations
Requirements:

Proven infant care experience in private households

Rota nanny / 24-hour care experience preferred

Knowledgeable in infant development and best practices

US passport or Green Card required

Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling
Schedule & Compensation:

24-hour coverage, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
