We are seeking two highly experienced Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) for a 24/7 rotational schedule in Austin, TX, supporting a fully staffed UHNW household with multiple children and a team of professional nannies already in place. This is a 6-month contract starting in October, requiring absolute expertise in newborn care, sleep conditioning, feeding routines, and early developmental support within high-profile environments. Candidates must hold current NCS certifications and have a minimum of 10 years of recent full-time experience working exclusively with UHNW families in similar roles. Responsibilities include full newborn care coverage on a 24-hour basis, seamless coordination with household staff, and maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and consistency. Applicants must be passport ready, flexible to travel as needed, and ideally based locally in or near Austin. The position offers $800+ per day depending on experience, with a strong preference for candidates who are accustomed to working in fast-paced, fully staffed private households.
