We are seeking two experienced ROTA Nannies in Athens, Greece to join a fully staffed, private household caring for four children aged 11, 9, 5, and 1. This is a shared-care position, ideal for professional nannies who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment alongside other household staff. The successful candidates will be confident managing the full daily routine for all four children, including the baby, while planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
Responsibilities include supporting homework, encouraging independence and positive behaviour, preparing nutritious meals for the children, overseeing children’s laundry and wardrobe management, organising bedrooms and playrooms, and maintaining clear communication with parents and staff.
This is a rota nanny role (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off) providing 24-hour cover during the working period.
The family travels frequently to the UK and the US, so candidates must be passport-ready and comfortable travelling internationally. Duties will also include packing and supporting travel logistics, as well as accompanying the family when required.
A confident driver is preferred. Return flights between the UK and Athens are covered by the family.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering a competitive salary of £65,000–£75,000 gross per year, dependent on experience.
