As the role is based in Aspen, candidates must be confident driving in snow and winter mountain conditions. Responsibilities:
Provide loving, attentive care for a 3-month-old baby, including feeding, soothing, and managing daily routines.
Support the 5-year-old with pre-kindergarten readiness, positive behaviour guidance, and consistent routines.
Speak Spanish with the children throughout the day to encourage natural bilingual language development.
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence.
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Complete the children’s laundry and keep their bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean and organised.
Travel with the family as needed, providing seamless childcare both at home and away.
Safely drive the children to school, activities, and outings, including in winter mountain conditions.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker.
Valid driver’s license with experience driving in snow and mountainous winter conditions.
Long-term commitment preferred.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week.
Accommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor.
Compensation: $115,000 per year.
