A professional family based in Aspen, Colorado is seeking an experienced and nurturing newborn nanny to provide full-time care for their baby in a long-term role. Both parents have demanding careers and travel regularly, so they are looking for a calm, reliable and highly organised nanny with strong newborn and infant experience who can confidently manage all aspects of daily baby care.
Responsibilities include maintaining feeding, nap and developmental routines, bottle preparation and sterilisation, nursery organisation, baby laundry, and ensuring all child-related spaces remain clean and well organised. The ideal candidate will actively support developmental milestones through tummy time, walks, sensory play and age-appropriate activities that encourage healthy growth and engagement. The role also involves travelling with the family both domestically and internationally as needed, so flexibility and previous travel nanny experience would be highly valued.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week, with live-in accommodation available.
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour depending on experience.
