First-time parents in Arlington expecting a baby in late April are seeking a compassionate and experienced daytime postpartum doula to begin mid-April and provide guidance as they adjust to life with a newborn. The ideal doula will offer hands-on support with soothing techniques, newborn care, and feeding, while also providing reassurance and practical advice to help the family navigate the early weeks of parenthood. This role is perfect for a professional who enjoys supporting new parents in a calm, nurturing environment and can adapt to the family’s needs. The position is 1 or 2 days per week, 4–6 hour shifts. Compensation is $30–$55 per hour DOE.
