Family in Arlington, VA is looking for an experienced nanny for their 6-year old and aid in the transition as he becomes a big brother soon. The schedule before the baby arrives through March is 11am-7pm. During these first months your key responsibilities include school pickup for the 6 year old (3:30pm), meal prep, kids’ laundry, driving him to/from activities. He loves playing soccer and is used to speaking Spanish at home, so bonus points if you are a soccer fan and/or spanish speaker! Starting in March, your schedule will return to the standard 8am-6pm and will be more focused on the new baby.
The family is looking for someone proactive who has helped siblings work through welcoming a new baby. Your guidance and support will make a big difference in this home. There is also the opportunity for OT with Saturday hours if you are interested.
