They should be able to establish a healthy routine, and bring a balance of structure and playfulness into the children’s lives. The children enjoy activities such as cars, animals, horse riding, dancing, music, football, and swimming, so the candidate should be able to organize fun things for them to do. We are looking for someone who is not hesitant to get down on their knees and play, laugh, and become their best friend. The ideal nanny should have an affectionate and loving personality, be calm, well-mannered, and possess a positive “can do” attitude. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be a problem solver and be willing to travel. Regarding discipline, they are seeking someone who can focus on the positive and guide the children in their decision-making. The family you will be working for is a member of the royal family, and they expect their nannies to present themselves in a well-groomed and professional manner.
