A lovely family based in Altrincham is seeking an experienced nanny who enjoys supporting children through their early years, to care for their 3-year-old, who attends preschool, and a newborn. The family is looking for someone with a strong understanding of child development who can create a calm, stimulating environment while helping both children flourish through consistent routines and age-appropriate activities.
The nanny will be responsible for supporting the children’s daily routines, encouraging their development through play and learning opportunities, and providing attentive care tailored to each child’s stage of development. Responsibilities will include all usual nursery duties, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, organising engaging activities at home and outdoors, and ensuring the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings are kept clean and organised. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and confident caring for both a preschooler and a newborn.
The position is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (40 hours per week). Salary is £45,000–£50,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
