Norland Qualified Nanny – VIP Emirati Family, Abu Dhabi
A VIP Emirati family in Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptional Norland-qualified nanny to care for their two children aged 6 and 4 years old. This is a prestigious role within a fully staffed household, requiring a highly professional, discreet, and experienced nanny who is confident working in high-profile environments.
A newborn is due, and a dedicated baby nurse will be in place for the first six months, allowing the nanny to focus on the older children while supporting smooth transitions within the family.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, structured, and age-appropriate care for two school-aged children

Support educational development, routines, and positive behaviour

Plan and lead stimulating activities, outings, and creative play

Maintain consistent routines in line with parents’ guidance

Work collaboratively with household staff and other childcare professionals

Travel with the family as required, ensuring continuity of care

Model excellent manners, discretion, and professionalism at all times
Requirements

Norland qualified nanny (essential – non-Norland candidates will not be considered)

Proven experience working with VIP or UHNW families

Fluent, flawless English

Polished, calm, and confident manner

Strong team player comfortable in a fully staffed household

Flexible and travel-ready with a valid passport
Schedule: 5–6 days per week, up to 10 hours per day
Accommodation: Separate private apartment provided and driver available both on and off duty
Salary: £1,200–£1,600 net per week (depending on days worked)
