We are seeking an energetic, fun, and nurturing nanny/governess to join VIP family in Abu Dhabi. The position involves caring for five children aged between 7 and 16, consisting of three boys and two girls. As part of a shared role with two other nannies already employed, you will work collaboratively to provide the highest level of care, support, and guidance to the children.
Responsibilities: Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children, fostering their growth and development. Promote the children’s independence, encouraging their personal growth and self-confidence. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors, to enhance the children’s physical, intellectual, and social skills. Assist with homework and educational tasks, providing additional support when needed. Accompany the children to various extracurricular activities and appointments. Ensure the children’s hygiene and well-being, including meal preparation and bathing. Foster positive and respectful relationships with the children, promoting open communication and trust. Collaborate with the other nannies to maintain a consistent routine and approach in caring for the children. Travel with the family to Dubai and other locations, as required.
Requirements: Native English speaker with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working as a nanny or governess, preferably with multiple children and a similar age range. Energetic, fun-loving, and able to engage with children of different ages and personalities. Possess a nurturing and sensitive approach to childcare, adapting to each child’s individual needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of nannies and household staff. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and travel requirements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Must be comfortable residing in a separate apartment provided by the family.
Salary: The salary for this position is negotiable and will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
