Family in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced and nurturing Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to support their newborn during the night. The ideal candidate is calm, reliable, knowledgeable in infant sleep routines, and confident in providing high-quality overnight care.
Duties include:
Provide attentive overnight care to the newborn, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
Handle night feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and settling the baby back to sleep
Support healthy sleep habits and routines
Prepare and clean bottles, and ensure nursery items are organized
Schedule: Sunday–Thursdays, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Start date: ASAP, 1 month position
Compensation: $30 per hour
