We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny for a prestigious family based in Wingham, Kent.
The family consists of two principals and their two children: 6-year-old twins. They are seeking a dedicated Nanny to provide nurturing support and care for their children in a live-in capacity. This is a full-time role, with two days off per week, arranged in discussion with the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the children’s daily routines, including school drop-offs and pick-ups, and engaging the children in fun, educational activities tailored to their ages. The family is keen for the Nanny to foster a stimulating environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
Additional responsibilities include preparing simple, nutritious meals for the children and assisting with light housekeeping related to them, such as keeping play areas tidy and supporting them in organising their belongings.
The family highly values a Nanny who can instil structure and boundaries positively, encouraging self-discipline, responsibility, and good manners. They seek someone kind and caring who can set clear expectations and limits in a respectful manner.

Working Days: 5 days per week + occasional extra day
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 gross per year
