A busy family in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan is seeking two reliable and knowledgeable ROTA nannies to care for their 6-year-old and newborn. You will primarily be caring for the 6-year-old, as the newborn has her own nanny, but you must be comfortable watching both children on the weekends. Ideally this would be a live-out position, however, the family could consider live-in for the right candidate. The schedule will be anywhere from a 7 to 14-day rotation (to be decided ahead of hire depending on the preferences of the two nannies). The hours would primarily be after-school and evenings, with full days on the weekends. There is also potential for occasional overnights on Friday/Saturday. The parents are divorced, but have a strong co-parenting relationship- they have a week on/week off custody schedule so the nanny would be expected to switch homes each week. From late-June to Labor Day both parents spend their time in their Hamptons homes and candidates will be expected to live-in during their weeks on. Both homes will provide a private guest home for the nanny.
