We are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) based locally in New York City for a 3-month contract in the West Village, Manhattan, providing 24/5 or 24/6 live-in support for a newborn and first-time parents. The ideal candidate is a calm, knowledgeable professional with proven experience guiding families through the newborn stage, helping establish healthy feeding and sleep routines while offering reassurance and consistent, hands-on support. Responsibilities include full newborn care, maintaining structured routines, assisting with feeding schedules, soothing and sleep conditioning, and ensuring all baby-related areas such as the nursery, bottles, and laundry are kept clean, organised, and well managed. This role requires someone highly reliable and discreet. Applicants must already be based in NYC, available for a December start, and able to commit fully for the duration of the 3-month contract. Compensation is $35/hr.
