A family based in West Lake Hills, Texas is seeking an experienced Montessori-inspired ROTA nanny to care for their three children aged 1, 4, and 6. This is a long-term opportunity starting August 2026 for a professional nanny who is confident supporting child development through structured play, hands-on learning, and a nurturing, educational environment. The household is fully staffed, and the role is focused entirely on the children’s care, development, and daily routines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood development and experience incorporating Montessori principles, STEM-based activities, and outdoor exploration into daily life. Responsibilities include planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones across multiple age groups, and encouraging curiosity and independence through play and learning. The family travels frequently, so flexibility and confidence working in different environments is essential.
This is a ROTA position working on a one week on / one week off schedule, offering consistency and balance for the right candidate. Prior ROTA experience is required. Requirements:
Prior ROTA nanny experience (essential)
Proven experience caring for children aged 1–6 years
