Family in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, is seeking a caring and experienced Russian-speaking nanny to support the care of their newborn. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian, gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable in newborn care and early developmental stages.
Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care such as feeding, changing, establishing sleep routines, and supporting developmental milestones. The nanny will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised nursery, handling baby laundry, and ensuring a calm, safe, and nurturing environment. A proactive and flexible approach is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with parents and adapt to the baby’s evolving needs.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, working 50 hours per week, with the option of live-in or live-out. Salary range is £35,000 to £42,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
