Tunbridge Wells, Kent – Live in or Live out Nanny needed to care for their three children, two girls aged 9 and 10 years, and a baby due mid-January. The eldest girl has been diagnosed with ADHD, so someone who has experience with neurodivergent children would be a bonus but is not essential. The family is however very keen to find someone who has experience with both babies and older children to cater to both age groups.
Duties include all standard nursery duties:
- School drop offs and pickups when required
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
- Playing with the children outdoors and within the home
- Cooking for the children
- Doing the children’s laundry
- Bathtime and bedtime
- Occasional overnights
The family is looking for someone fun and friendly who will engage thoughtfully with the eldest girls but will also be respectful of the family’s privacy. Someone professional and personable who can read a room would be ideal. They are happy to guarantee 35h paid hours per week but cannot commit to a set schedule. The hours will include weekdays but also some nights and weekends.
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 GPA (flexible for right candidate)
