A family in Troy, Michigan is seeking an experienced Nanny / House Manager to help care for their three school-age children and keep the household running smoothly. Both parents work mostly from home, so the family is looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
The role combines childcare with day-to-day household support. Responsibilities include helping with school drop-offs and pick-ups, driving the children to and from after-school activities, supporting homework and afternoon routines, and providing attentive care for the youngest child. The nanny will also prepare family dinners and involve the children in the kitchen when appropriate. Additional household duties include meal prep, children’s laundry, and light organization. A professional cleaner is already employed, so this role does not involve deep cleaning. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and enjoys becoming a trusted part of a family’s daily routine.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with guaranteed hours.
Compensation: $28–$35 per hour, based on experience.
