The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, nurturing care, including bottle preparation and feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, and supporting the baby’s overall health, safety, and well-being. A strong understanding of infant development is essential, with the ability to encourage developmental milestones through age-appropriate interaction and sensory activities. The successful candidate will communicate openly with the parents about the baby’s progress, work collaboratively as part of the family’s care team, and be willing to accompany the family on occasional travel.
