A high-profile family based in South Tampa is seeking a professional and experienced Governess to join a fully staffed, fast-paced household. The family has three children: a 4-year-old, 3-year-old, and 4-month-old. The Governess will work in tandem with a SAHM, a ROTA Nanny and other household staff. The Governess will be responsible for the children’s educational development, especially the 3- and 4-year-olds, with a strong emphasis on early learning early childhood concepts, philosophies and structured activities. You will apply Montessori methodologies and help guide their homeschooling experience while supporting a respectful, emotionally intelligent household culture. Travel with the family monthly (domestic/international with 24-hour notice) will be required. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (required), ideally in Education or Early as a Governess in UHNW/high-profile homes.
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off or 14 days on / 14 days off (opposite schedule of ROTA Nanny)
Compensation: Competitive, DOE – $125,000 – $135k
