Family in Sudbury, MA is seeking a proactive and high-energy nanny to care for their two girls (3.5 years & 23 months). The ideal candidate enjoys planning fun and educational activities, and values working in partnership with involved but busy parents. Driver’s license required (nanny car provided for on-duty use).
Responsibilities
Provide attentive and nurturing care for two young children
Plan daily activities, learning moments, and outings (all expenses covered by the family)
Handle children’s laundry, spot-clean clothing, and organize seasonal wardrobes
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Maintain a tidy environment — dishes put away, toys reset, kitchen and play areas cleaned before parents return
Support consistent routines and emotional development
Schedule: 4 full days (7:00–7:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour
