A professional family in Spring Lake, New Jersey is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and highly flexible Full-Time Nanny for their 2-month-old baby girl. Both parents have demanding careers, Ideal candidate will play an essential role in supporting their household and providing exceptional care for their baby.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care for a 2-month-old, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the baby.
Manage the baby’s daily routine, including naps and playtime.
Accompany the baby on outings (e.g., pediatric appointments, walks) as needed.
Adapt to schedule changes, staying later or starting earlier when required.
Collaborate with the parents to ensure seamless communication and care.
Light housekeeping related to the baby (e.g., sterilizing bottles, organizing baby items, tidying play areas).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes)
Compensation: $25-$28/hour
Start Date: Mid-January 2024
