A busy professional family in Boston’s South End is seeking a dedicated and experienced Household Manager/Nanny to care for their three children, ages 7, 5, and 4. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, organized, and nurturing individual who can seamlessly manage household tasks while providing exceptional childcare.
This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
The primary responsibilities include:
Childcare:
Providing after-school care for three children
School pick-up and drop-off
Assisting with homework and extracurricular activities
Coordinating and attending children’s activities in the city
Household Management:
Packing lunches
Grocery shopping
Light housekeeping and organization
Running errands as needed
Qualifications Needed:
We are seeking a candidate who:
Resides in Boston or has easy access to the city.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
Has 3+ years experience in caring for school-aged children
Must have current Pediatric & Adult CPR/First Aid certification.
Must be confident and a proactive problem-solver
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have flexibility to start slightly earlier or later on some work days.
Must be able to show proof of legal right to work in the US.
Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits
Monday to Friday from 12 to 8pm, additional hours will be added.
$30-$35 per hour.
A company car will be provided for work-related duties.
