The ideal candidate is a confident, kind and professional special needs specialist with childhood education experience.
The ideal candidate has occupational therapy, speech language pathology, RBT, Special Education experience or equivalent and can successfully follow a care plan and implement therapy strategies.
Candidates with child development experience are encouraged.
The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, collaborative with high emotional intelligence.
Candidate must be pet friendly (dogs and cats). Occasional travel is expected.
Candidates must comply with extensive background checks and NDAs.
Schedule: ROTA schedule, 7 days on, 7 days off *Live-in during work weeks *Temp position with possibility of extension
Compensation: $250K-$300K range, full medical insurance, 401K match
