A family based in Shepherd’s Bush, London (W12) is seeking an experienced and caring full-time live-out nanny to look after their two daughters, aged 6 and 8. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys working with school-aged children and can provide a warm, structured, and engaging environment. The family is looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to support the girls’ daily routines while encouraging their independence, confidence, and development through fun, educational activities.
The role includes overseeing the morning routine, school drop-offs and pick-ups, helping with homework, planning age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals, and ensuring the children enjoy a balanced and stimulating routine during term time and school holidays. The ideal candidate will be happy to manage all nursery duties, keep the children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy, and work closely with the parents to ensure the girls’ schedules run smoothly.
This is a Monday to Friday position, working 55 hours per week during school term and 60 hours per week during half terms. The family is offering a competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000 gross per year, depending on experience. September start.
