A private family in Secaucus, NJ, is looking for a warm, loving nanny for their 2 ½-year-old daughter. They hope to meet a nanny with lots of experience working with preschoolers and school-age children. Someone capable of creating a fun and positive environment for their daughter.
The ideal candidate for this role is adaptable and calm. A self-starter, and knows how to troubleshoot issues independently while also being able to follow the parent’s advice and instructions. Lastly, the candidate should have a clean driving record and be comfortable working closely with both parents, who may work from home occasionally.
This position is full-time, live-out:
The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 11:30 am – 7:00 pm (37.5 hrs. a week but will do 40 for the right candidate).
Additional hours may be required with notice, including some weekends or date nights. So, an ideal candidate who is flexible.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position is paid gross with overtime. This position is $30 per hour, PTO (e.g, paid federal holidays, two weeks of vacation, and sick days.)
Start Date: Begins on as soon as family finds the right fit. This is a long-term role.
