A family in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an experienced live-in Baby Nanny to provide exceptional care for their infant. The ideal candidate has extensive newborn and infant experience, a nurturing approach, and a strong understanding of early childhood development. Responsibilities include providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care, establishing healthy feeding and sleep routines, preparing and sterilizing bottles, diapering, soothing, engaging the baby in age-appropriate activities, monitoring developmental milestones, managing the baby’s laundry, keeping the nursery clean and well organized, ensuring baby supplies are fully stocked, and handling all other baby-related childcare duties. The family is looking for a proactive, professional nanny who can become a trusted part of their household and is happy to travel with them when required. A valid passport and willingness to travel are essential. This is a full-time live-in position, Monday through Friday. The nanny will have a private bedroom and private bathroom. The family is offering a salary of $80,000-$100,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
