A private HNW family in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced, energetic, and genuinely engaging Bilingual English and Arabic-Speaking Nanny to join their household on a full-time, live-out basis. The nanny will care for four children, ages 9 to 16, with a focus on creating a fun, structured, and supportive afternoon and evening routine. This is a great opportunity for a confident nanny who enjoys working with school-age children and teenagers, is comfortable driving, and can build warm, trusting relationships with each child. Arabic is an important part of the role, and the family is looking for someone who can naturally speak Arabic with the children throughout their time together.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, safety-conscious, and able to keep up with the changing needs and interests of four children at different ages. You should enjoy being hands-on with the children while also giving them the right amount of independence.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, engaged daily care for four children, ages 9 to 16.
Handle school pick-ups and drop-offs and safely drive the children to and from after-school activities.
Prepare light meals, snacks, and simple dinners for the children.
Provide age-appropriate homework support and help keep afternoon and evening routines running smoothly.
Plan and lead engaging activities based on the children’s individual interests, personalities, and ages.
Speak Arabic naturally and consistently with the children during their time together.
Create a calm, safe, organized, and welcoming environment in the children’s spaces.
Coordinate closely with the parents regarding schedules, activities, routines, and the children’s changing needs.
Encourage independence, good manners, responsibility, and positive communication while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
Requirements
Previous professional nanny experience, ideally with school-age children and teenagers.
Fluent or highly proficient in English and Arabic, with the ability to converse naturally with children in Arabic.
Valid US driver’s license and a safe, confident driving record.
Valid US work authorization.
Current CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification.
Reliable, energetic, mature, and comfortable working independently.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 USD annually
