A family in Salcombe, Devon is seeking an experienced nanny to care for two children aged 3 years and 1 year, supporting their daily routines, development, and overall wellbeing. Duties include planning and supervising engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings, spending plenty of time outdoors, encouraging learning through play, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, managing nap and daily routines, and supporting key developmental milestones. The role also involves typical child-related nursery duties such as keeping play areas and bedrooms tidy, organising toys and equipment, and managing the children’s laundry, as well as communicating closely with parents to plan activities and ensure continuity of care. The family is looking for an active, playful nanny with a minimum of three years’ experience who can confidently organise days independently and create a stimulating, nurturing environment. The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and salary is £18 per hour.
