Family in Rugby, Warwickshire, is seeking a dedicated Montessori nanny to care for two children aged 2 and 4. The ideal candidate will have experience with Montessori principles, be nurturing, organised, and able to provide a stimulating and structured environment that supports the children’s learning and development.
Key responsibilities include full childcare duties such as meal preparation, laundry, and age-appropriate Montessori activities designed to encourage independence and growth. The nanny will also provide light household assistance, maintain organised play and learning areas, and ensure the children’s routines are consistent and engaging. Strong organisational skills, creativity, and a proactive approach are essential to deliver high-quality care and support.

This is a full-time position, four days per week from 7:00am to 7:00pm, with the option to live in or live out. Salary range is £35,000–£42,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
