Chicago, IL – Family located in River North is seeking a Mandarin speaking Nanny to care for two young children in a full-time role. The position focuses on creating an immersive Mandarin-speaking environment throughout the day, supporting early language development in a natural and engaging way. The nanny will be responsible for the children’s daily routine, planning age-appropriate activities that are both educational and fun, and ensuring a structured and nurturing setting. Healthy meals and snacks for the children will be prepared as part of the role, along with general tidying of the kitchen and play areas after use to maintain an organised home environment. Children’s laundry is also included in the day-to-day responsibilities. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed, with a pay rate of $35+ per hour. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and experienced with young children, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting bilingual development.
