Full-Time Nanny – Redwood City, CA (Infant Care)
A warm, professional family in Redwood City, CA is seeking a loving, experienced nanny to provide full-time care for their 3-month-old baby. The ideal candidate has a background in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, over two years’ experience as a private nanny, and is comfortable working alongside parents who work from home.
The primary focus of this position is attentive infant care, including nurturing routines, supporting healthy sleep, feeding, and fostering early development through age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full-time, attentive care for a 3-month-old baby

Support feeding, soothing, diapering, and sleep routines

Facilitate age-appropriate activities, including tummy time, sensory play, and early language stimulation

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the infant

Communicate effectively with parents regarding baby’s daily routines, milestones, and progress

Work collaboratively with parents while respecting their guidance and household routines
Schedule: Monday–Friday (typical daytime hours, flexible for family needs)
Pay Rate: $38–$40/hour DOE
